Casandra Gaud – Operations Manager, Critter Control of Lexington
Cassandra began her career with Critter control/Truly Nolen as the office manager. She is now part owner of the company. She has helped to grow the company with her marketing and financial acumen.
Cassandra says, “I’ve lived in Kentucky since August of 1997. I am the mother of 2 adult children, Kayla and KJ. I attend Church of the Savior in Nicholasville, KY where I am on the Women’s Ministry Team and teach Sunday school once a month. I am also apart of Ladies Leads of Lexington which is a Women’s only networking group which also gives back to the community through multiple philanthropy projects throughout the year such as helping at the Ronald McDonald House, God’s Pantry, and Military Missions to name a few. Giving back to the community and helping to serve is really important to me.
I’ve been in the pest control industry for the past 20 years where is started off as a bookkeeper and worked my way up to an office manager to my current position today as the Operations Manager and Co-Owner of Christensen’s Urban Insect Solutions, Inc dba Truly Nolen Pest Control and Critter Control of Lexington. I’ve been apart of this company for over 10 years and couldn’t be happier to work with such wonderful and amazing people. While I’m licensed in both pest control and wildlife and can walk you through getting the job done, I know my area of expertise is the operational side of the business and definitely not out in the field.
