Promotion begins Monday, May 15th, 2023 at 12:01am EST and ends at 12:00pm EST on Friday, June 9th, 2023. Contestants go to hits1063.com and register for the promotion. One winner will be randomly selected from the pool of entrants and contacted on Friday, June 9th, 2023. Winner will be announced on air on Monday, June 12th at approximately 3:20pm.
No purchase necessary. 18 and over to enter. Kentucky residents only. Contestants must not have won in the past 45 days on any LM Communication’s station. Only one entry per household per address. Duplicates and the original entry will be disqualified. Winners must pick up their prize within 10 business days or they forfeit said prize.
Prize Value:
- Prize includes two (2) $300 Allegiant travel vouchers. In accordance with IRS regulations, LM Communications will provide any winner receiving a prize(s) valued at $600 or more in a given calendar year, with a copy of IRS Form 1099 (miscellaneous income). Odds of winning are based on total number of entries received.
Prize Terms and Conditions:
- Travel must be booked and completed within one (1) year from the date of issuance of the travel voucher. Airfare is based on availability and may be subject to certain blackout dates (1/1-5, 3/1-3/30, 4/2-6, 11/20-30, 12/1, and 12/18-31). Seats are limited and may not be available on all flights. Prize is non-transferable. No substitution or transfer of prize or cash redemption is permitted. Allegiant will not replace any lost, mutilated, or stolen tickets, Allegiant travel vouchers or certificates. All other expenses not specifically mentioned herein, including, but not limited to, additional meals, gas, parking fees, insurance, tolls, beverages, activities, incidental hotel expenses, transportation, including transportation to and from each airport, taxes and/or gratuities are the sole responsibility of each winner. Any and all amounts over and above the value of the travel voucher will be the responsibility of the winner. Any amounts not used will be forfeited. The winner is responsible (at his/her expense) for ensuring that he/she has a valid required travel documentation. Each winner must comply with all airline and security requirements. - Changes/Cancellation. Changes to reservations are subject to a change fee of $25 per person, per segment. No changes or substitutions will be permitted within seven days of scheduled departure. All changes must be made through Allegiant’s reservation call center at 702-505-8888 or online at www.allegiantair.com. Changing the originating city and destination of the originally booked itinerary is not permitted. Allegiant reserves the right to cancel, alter routes/times and suspend air service without notice. Management reserves all rights. No cash value.
