Renee Collins Cobb – Author, Speaker, Facilitator, Change Agent, Podcast Host, Radio Host, Documentarian

Renee Collins Cobb is President of Listen Locally, LLC, a media, broadcasting and consulting organization where she serves as host and co-executive producer of the award winning Overtones LIVE Radio Show.  She is also Executive Director and Co-Founder of the 501c3 non-profit organization Room 17 Productions that promotes music education and the stories of the Appalachian Region that are multigenerational, multi-genre and multi-cultural through live performance, oral history projects, documentaries and preservation of aging recordings to digital format.

She is an author, speaker, consultant, documentarian, podcast producer and radio show host.  As EVP of Dreamland Entertainment Group, and Co-Owner of SCRIBE TV Network, she strives to ignite the essence and spirit of growth in individuals, teams and organizations in all career fields and disciplines.

In April, she was a keynote speaker at Owensboro’s Music Business Expo to talk about the power of purpose, mission statement writing, SMART goal setting and strategic business planning for music business professionals.

“Working in Concert” with her University of Kentucky School of Music college sweetheart and now husband Warren Cobb, as promoters, presenters, producers and preservationists, their projects have been honored by The Lexi Music Awards for Music Company of the Year in 20, 23 and 24.  The Gracie Awards for Women in Media for Radio Show – The Josie Music Awards for Live Performance Video Production,  The Appalachian Arts and Entertainment Awards for their documentary films, and The Stevie Women in Business Awards for Thought Leadership and Executive of the Year Non-Profit Sector.

In 2023, Renee was named Nexstar Media Group’s Remarkable Woman of Central Kentucky- an honor presented in Hollywood, CA with 120 remarkable women from across the United States
